Assembly line for fiber optic jumpers/pigtails, PLC splitters fiber optic accessories. We owned 6 production line for jumper, with min. capacity 500000 termination per month. Every single pc of products is 100% tested before delivery according to Telecom Quality IR＜0.3DB or customer’s requirement.
MPO MANUFACTURING
Assembly line for MTP/MPO patch cords and relevant accessories. We have special MPO oven, MPO Microscope, MPO Jig Cleaner, Fiber Jacket Removal Tool Stripper, Fiber Ribbonizing Tool, US Conec Housing Removal Tool and MPO polish Liquid for MPO/MTP production, Every single pc of products is 100% tested before delivery.
TESTING
Insertion loss/return loss tester, fiber Multifunction Microscope especially proper for detecting of MTRJ MPO MTP connectors, patch cord mechanical performance testing, fiber patch cord ambient temperature experiment, Visible Light Source, OTDR, splice machine, multi-chanels MPO/MTP Insertion Loss & Return Loss Tester, Polarity Testing Machine, Polarity Testing for MPO/MTP patch cord, Interferometer etc.
