Zipcord Duplex Fiber Optic Cable consists of two individually jacketed simplex cable units joined by a web, providing a compact and separable two-fiber construction. Each unit contains a tight buffered optical fiber reinforced with aramid yarn and protected by a PVC or LSZH outer jacket, making the cable suitable for indoor fiber connectivity, patch cord assembly and equipment connections.
FASOCOM Ruggedized Flat Twin Duplex Fiber Optic Cable is designed with two independently protected simplex fiber units enclosed within a common outer jacket. This double-sheath construction forms an integrated flat twin cable and provides additional mechanical protection compared with standard separable zipcord duplex cable.
